Ein Tag bei Guzziepiu

Hier eine kleine Fotostory wie man eine V50 neu Abdichtet, Kupplung tauscht, und noch vieles mehr.

Das ganze passierte in 6 Stunden 🙂

(10.15 Uhr bis 17.05 Uhr inkl. langer Mittagspause und Fotoshooting)

In 6 hours we change the clutch and seal enine and gearbox. In the lunchtime we make a small photo session . Have fun with guzziepiu Team (Denni, Kevin, Rowell, Silke und ich) in Action.

  • Das Fahrzeug ist noch warm, gleich das Endantrieböl ablassen / The bike engine is warm, equal to drain the final drive oil / A veicolo ancora caldo, scolare l'olio del cardano
  • und danach das Getriebeöl, liegt das Blech auch richtig damit das Öl dahin fließt wo es soll? / and than the Oil of Gearbox, is the metal in right position that the oil get the right way? / e poi l'olio del cambio

  • Schwingenmutter rechts lösen und Zündkabel sowie Gaszüge und Kupplungszug fixieren / loose swingarm, ignition and clutchcable / fissare il cavo di accensione e i cavi dell'acceleratore e della frizione
  • schön alles mit Kabelbindern sichern und denni schraubt die Schwingenmutter auf der linken seite ab. / secure the parts with cable ties / tutti i cavi sono al loro posto e controlliamo l'oscillazione dado sul lato sinistro.

  • HEYYYYYYYY ----- zerlegt in 43 Minuten , jetzt geht es dem Motor und Getriebe an den Kragen / Heyyyyy-----dismount in 43 minutes , now dismount engine and gearbox / Evelina - smontato in 43 minuti, ora rimane il motore e la trasmissione da montare
  • viel ist nicht mehr übrig geblieben. / there is not much left / non è rimasto molto da fare.
  • wo hängt es denn? der Unterzug muß doch rausgehen...... / where is it holding??? The subframe must still go out / dove stai andando? la trave deve andare fuori…

  • jetzt noch die letzten beiden Verbindungsschrauben von Getriebe zum Motor /now the last two screws between Engine and Gearbox / Ancora gli ultimi due bulloni per gli ingranaggi motore

  • da liegt das ölige getriebe / here you see the oily gearbox / il cambio è stato oleato

  • Probefahrt beendet und begeistert "die nehm ich gleich mit" . Man muß sie einfach mal gefahren sein, sonst kann man nicht mitreden. / finished testride and happy " this bike i will take". If you don't have ride this bike , you can't talk about it. / fine

  • Hammer und Meisel wird oft gebraucht wenn Schrauben nicht aufgehen wollen / the very important tool for screws not comming outside … / Martello e scalpello viene spesso utilizzato quando le viti non vanno

  • Fahrzeug soll gleich mitgenommen werden, deshalb noch ein kurzcheck. / he want to take the bike now, so we make a shortcheck / Veicolo deve essere ritirato immediatamente, quindi un controllo generale.
  • Spiegel justieren und festschrauben / adjust and tighten the mirrors / regolare lo specchi e poi serrare il bullone
  • Luftdruck prüfen / check airpressure / Controllare la pressione dell'aria
  • Scheinwerfer einstellen / adjust headlight / Regolazione fari
  • Lichtstärke prüfen --- OK / control brightnes of light / controllo luci ok
  • Motorhälften trennen, sind auch undicht wegen falscher Dichtungsmasse / Engine open because gaskets are oily because wrong gasket is used / Motore aperto, sono anche le perdite causate da un cattivo sigillante
  • Stoßdämpfer werden auch gleich gewechselt gegen Gasdruckdämpfer der Marke YSS / shockabsorbers also new. We use yss gaspressuredampers / Gli ammortizzatori vengono cambiati e anche la pressione del gas negli ammortizzatori YSS viene regolata
  • Konzentriert arbeiten. 12.14 Uhr --- 2 Stunden sind um. / concentrated working 12.14 o'clock. 2 hours are over / Lavorare con concentrazione 12.14….2 ore mi sfinisce .
  • Getriebeöl schnelleinfüllung bevor der Deckel drauf kommt /fast fill in the gearbox oil before closing the cover / versato l'olio prima che il coperchio venga chiuso

  • einfach klasse zu sehen wie die Jungs zusammenarbeiten / it makes me happy to see the perfect teamwork of my guys / semplicemente per vedere come i ragazzi lavorano insieme

  • Steuerkette bei der V50 I+II nur mit Führung ohne Spanner / timingchain of V50 I without tensioner only with guide / Catena di distribuzione per la V50 I e II
  • Es funktioniert auch einfach / it works also easy / Funziona anche da solo

  • Gewinde für die Krümmerbefestigung reparieren, erst bohren / repair of exhaustmanifold thread, first drill /
  • dann fräsen und Gewindeschneiden und Gewindeeinsatz einsetzen. / than mill, cut and insert the new thread /

  • net daß es nachher heißt drecksarbeiten sind nur für die Angestellten ;-) / so nobody can tell that dust work make only the guys /
  • mist eigentlich wollten wir den V65 Kupplungsautomaten montieren / damned normal we would to mount a V65 clutchplate /
  • aber der paßt bei der V50II nicht. kollidiert mit dem Motorgehäuse / but is not working with V50 I + II Engine. It have collition /
  • also Raus damit und wieder den V50 Automaten montieren / so make it again with the original clutch /
  • alle Teile vor dem Einbau prüfen / all parts must be checked before mounting /
  • und dann montieren und mit Drehmoment anziehen / than mount with correct Torque /
  • eyh cheffe, jetzt mach net so ne show :-) / hey chief don't make a show :-) /
  • Hahaha ....... / Hahahaha……. /
  • Das muß scho passe, und um so mehr Köche desto mehr Kontrolle is nötig. Net daß was in die Hos geht / that must fit well, and if many cooks are working you must control perfect , so nothing can be wrong /
